Refunds and Returns

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you are not and you need to return your Product to us you can do so in the following ways:

 

Cancellation of your Order

If you are a UK consumer then you have a legal right to cancel your Contract within 14 days starting from the day after you received the Product. If you decide to cancel your Contract you must notify us of your decision and you will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the Product. To cancel your Contract you must inform us in writing by email reshna@aurarevitalise.co.uk. When contacting us please include your name and your order number.

You must also return the Product to us immediately in the same condition in which you received it, at your own cost and risk, unless the Product is faulty or not as described. The Product is your responsibility once it is delivered to you until it is returned to us.

Your right to cancel does not apply to any Products that are bespoke or made to your specific requirements.

Following the cancellation of your Contract then upon receipt of the returned Product, we shall provide you with a refund of the price you paid for the Product. We reserve the right to make a deduction to your refund amount where the Product has been damaged or mishandled by you.

If you cancel your Contract then we shall also refund any standard delivery costs you have paid. We shall not refund any higher cost delivery options such as special delivery or next day delivery.

 

Faulty Products

Where you discover that your Product is faulty or not as described, then you should contact us by email at reshna@aurarevitalise.co.uk with details of the fault.

Upon receipt of your email we will contact you to confirm the next steps.

In some cases, it may be necessary for us to inspect the Product before any offer of a refund or a replacement is made. Where an inspection is necessary, we shall arrange for the Product to be returned and we shall be responsible for the costs of returning the Product to us.

Where a fault is found and a refund is agreed, we shall provide you with a full refund of the purchase price you have paid for the Product along with any delivery costs paid.

We shall not provide a refund in respect of any Product which is returned due to a fault where upon inspection a genuine fault is not found or a fault is found but we determine that such fault has been caused by you.

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive the Product back from you unless we advise otherwise in writing.

Refunds will be made using the payment method and details used by you to purchase the Product.

It shall be your responsibility to return the Product to us and you will be responsible for all costs connected with returning the Product to us.

 

General

Once the 14-day period following delivery of the Product has passed, no refunds shall be provided.
