I had never experienced Crystal Healing before and I found it to be very relaxing and invigorating. The crystals seemed to release a vibrational energy and I felt the heat especially in my hands and around the upper part of my body. After the healing I felt re-energised, de-stressed and completely calm. I recommend Reshna and look foward to having another session with her.
